Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).
Exchange of damaged items may be possible provided stock is available for the respective item.
We DON’T DO monetary refunds, we only process store credit refunds which are applicable for 6 months from the order date after shipping/GST deductions, if any.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about within the first 10 days of receipt.
CANCELLATIONS
You can request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours, the order cannot be cancelled. We will issue a refund (if applicable) within 15 working days.
However, we request you to mindfully place an order with us as each piece is carefully handcrafted & we initiate the process as soon as we receive an order.
